Not quite right? Here's how easy it is to return or exchange your order.

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something is not quite right, we have kept our returns process simple, fair, and stress-free.

Our 7-day return promise

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and ideally in its original packaging.

What can be returned

  • Items that arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered — these are always on us.
  • Products you changed your mind about, as long as they are unused and in resalable condition.

What we cannot accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — such as personal care products. Items damaged through use rather than a fault also cannot be refunded. If you are unsure, just ask us first.

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page within 7 days.
  2. Share your order number and a quick photo if the item is damaged or faulty.
  3. We will guide you through the next steps and arrange the return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued through bank transfer or easypaisa/JazzCash to keep things convenient for you.
