We know that once you place an order, the next question is always the same: when will it arrive? Here is everything you need to know about how we pack, send, and deliver your order across Pakistan.

Where we deliver

We ship nationwide — from Karachi to Khyber, and every city, town, and village in between. If Pakistan Post or our courier partners can reach your address, we can get your order to you.

How long it takes

Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being confirmed. After that, delivery usually takes:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 working days
• Smaller towns and remote areas: 3–5 working days

During sale periods or public holidays, things can take a day or two longer — we will always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your city and the size of your order, and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. We keep them as fair and transparent as possible — no surprises after you have ordered.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will share tracking details with you over WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your parcel right to your doorstep.
